Official Rules: Astro Fun World 5 Year Anniversary Prize Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility The Astro Fun World Grand Prize Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the state of Illinois who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Astro Fun World ("Sponsor"), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each such employee, officer, and director are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside of Illinois and wherever prohibited.
2. Sponsor The Sponsor and Administrator of this Sweepstakes is Astro Fun World, 301 S Route 59, Aurora, IL 60504.
3. Agreement to Official Rules Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Entry Period The Sweepstakes begins on October 24, 2025 at 12:01 AM Central Daylight Time ("CDT") and ends on December 26,2025 at 5:00 PM CDT (the "Entry Period").
5. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary) A purchase is not required to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. There are two methods of entry: A. Automatic Entry with Purchase: During the Entry Period, every person who completes a transaction resulting in a purchase (e.g., admission pass package purchase or party booking) at the Astro Fun World location will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per purchase. You will get one (1) entry per paid admission pass package which is the following: Pick 4 Attractions, All Attractions, Unlimited Attractions For VIP Packages you will receive two (2) entries For Purchases made on Fridays you will get two (2) entries B. Alternative Method of Entry (Mail-In Entry): To receive two (2) entries without making a purchase, eligible individuals must hand-print their complete name, residential address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a standard 3” x 5” card, and mail it in a standard business-size envelope with proper postage affixed to: Astro Fun World Sweepstakes Entry 301 S Route 59 Aurora, IL 60504 Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 21, 2025 and received by December 26, 2025 Only one (1) entry request card per envelope. Mechanically reproduced or bulk mailed entries are void. Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of two (2) entries per person per day.

Ninth Prize 5,910 $5 in Food or Drinks At the Astro Cafe $5 each

Total ARV of All Prizes:  $200,000.00 Prize Notes: ● Grand Prize ($100,000): The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any fees associated with prize receipt and use. ● Second Prize (2025 BMW 430i): The ARV is subject to change based on market conditions. The actual retail value of the vehicle will be reported to the IRS on Form 1099. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (including income taxes and sales tax), title, registration, licensing fees, insurance, and all other costs associated with the vehicle. The vehicle is awarded "AS IS" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, other than the manufacturer’s limited new car warranty. ● Third Prize (5 Day Cruise) The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any fees associated with prize receipt and use. The cruise is a 5 day, 4 night cruise on Royal Caribbean the options for the exact dates will be provided by Astro Fun World once the winner is chosen, the dates selected by Astro Fun World are the only valid dates for the sailing, no changes can be made on the dates. ● Fourth Prize (Earth Party) The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any fees associated with prize receipt and use. The winner will be able to book an Earth Size party at Astro Fun World 301 S Route 59, Aurora, IL 60504. The dates of the party must be on a Friday during normal hours or you can pay to upgrade to a Mars or Galaxy size party which then can be on any day we’re open. The upgrade cost is the difference between the cost of an Earth Party to a Mars or Galaxy Party. Party packages include 10 guests, any extra guests will be the responsibility of the winner. ● Fifth Prize (60” TV) The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and any fees associated with prize receipt and use. The winner will be shipped a 60” to their mailing address provided once the winner is chosen. ● Sixth-Ninth Prizes (Astro Game Cards and Food/Drinks) The winner will get an arcade game card with $10-$100 loaded on it and the winner must pick up the game card in person upon winning. Game cards will be available to be claimed starting on December 27, 2025 and will be available to be claimed by January 31, 2026. Any game cards not picked up by January 31, 2026 will no longer be valid. ● Ninth Prizes ($5 Food/Drink at the Astro Cafe) The winner will get an Astro Cafe card with $5 loaded on it and the winner must pick up the card in person upon winning. Game cards will be available to be claimed starting on December 27, 2025 and will be available to be claimed by January 31, 2026. Any cards not picked up by January 31, 2026 will no longer be valid. 7. Winner Selection and Odds On or about December 26, 2026 at 8pm Central Time (CST), the Sponsor or an independent judging agency will select the names of the potential winners from all eligible entries received using a random drawing process. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 8. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winners of prizes 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th place will be notified by email within three (3) business days following the drawing.  The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be drawn live on December 26, 2025 at about 8pm CST. The winners of the 3 top prizes must be present to win, only one name will be drawn for each prize, if the winner is not present at the time of the drawing the prize will be forfitted.  The winner will have 2 minutes from the time their name is drawn to present themselves to the announcer of the prizes. The Grand Prize, Second Prize, Third and Fourth winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) and IRS Form W-9 (for tax purposes) within seven (7) days of notification attempt. Failure to return the documents within the specified time period, or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate potential winner. 9. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 10. Governing Law All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois.
