Group Rate Terms and Conditions:
By Booking a group you agree to the following:

Group Rates are based on number of guests coming, should you fall short of the number booked, you will still be responsible for the agreed amount of the package. For example; you book 55 guests at the $26 per person rate and only 47 show up, you would still need to pay the total of 55 guests.

Once  booked you will get an email with the link to pay the non-refundable deposit of $200. This deposit in non-refundable once paid. 

Should you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to the event we will charge you the full amount.

Should you arrive late, we can not guarantee the room time can be pushed back. 
- I understand that should I cause a large mess such as Confetti, Cake being thrown or other items that cause extra cleanup I am subject to a $50+ cleanup fee.
You have 15 minutes
after the party end time to vacate the building, should you not vacate in the allotted time you are subject to a
$250 Fee per hour that you stay after. We reserve the right to remove all personal items from the building at
the end of your rental period if you have done so in the allotted time. We also reserve the right to escort
you and the guests out of the building should you stay beyond the end time. We will also begin cleaning and clearing off tables 5-15 minutes prior to your end time. 
No outside food or drinks including alcohol may be brought in.  Should you violate the no food and drink policy we reserve the right to ask you to remove your food/drink items from the building and/or confiscate the items.
No tape, staples or other methods may be used to attach anything to the walls. Should you violate this
policy you will be automatically charged $100 or more fee depending on how much damage you cause.
You may attach items to the glass windows.

Group Rates are separate from any other coupons or specials. Unless the special or coupon
specifically says it’s for parties you may not use any other discounts or coupons.
Any damages to the property caused by the guest or anyone related to your party will be the
responsibility of the paying party host. Should damage occur an incident report will be made and charges
applied based on the amount of damage.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required for all events. The deposit will be given as a credit on the final bill at
the event. Once you sign the contract the deposit can not be returned. Should you cancel the event less
than 7 days before the date we reserve the right to charge you in full for the party rental. This includes cancelations due to Covid. For Covid cancelations we can reschedule, however your full balance is due immediately upon the cancelation notice.

Any and all damages to any part of the venue will be charged to you.
The balance and any other charges will be charged about 15-30 minutes prior to the end of your rental.
Should you not arrive on time for the agreed upon start time you will not be allowed to extend the 
time unless you pay the $250 per hour fee, if we have availability.
